High Temperature Resistance Thread Locker

DESCRIPTION

       It is a medium-strength, fast curing universal holding adhesive. Specially designed for bonding cylindrical accessories, especially when the bonding gap is close to 0.25 millimeters. This product solidifies without air between tightly fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage due to impact and vibration.

TYPIC APPLICATION
      It is not only suitable for active metals pipe, but also for passive substrates, exhibiting strong curing performance. This product has high temperature performance and good oil resistance, and can withstand slight surface pollutants.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD
1.Clean the surface and wait for it to dry. Oil stains affect curing.
2.Apply glue at the fixed position of the screw. Precise operation.
3.Fix the pipe connector. Easy to operate.
4.Wipe off excess glue and wait for anaerobic curing. Excess glue affects the curing speed or even prevents curing.

PRECAUTIONS
1.The bonding surface must be clean and free of any contaminants, such as dirt, oil stains, lubricating oil, and rust.
2.When taking the product out of a refrigerated environment, let the adhesive reach room temperature before use.
3.Keep away from children. It is recommended to use it in a well-ventilated place.
4.Please wear gloves when using. Once the glue splashes onto the skin, soak it in warm soapy water and peel off the glue stuck to the skin. Remember not to use tools to peel it off. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and go to the hospital for examination.

TIPS: Why is only half filled?
        Actually, there is already 50ml of product in the bottle. The bottle is only half filled to allow the air to act as an insulator to prevent the anaerobic adhesive from curing. The 50ml bottle design also allows air to penetrate so that the anaerobic adhesive can breathe.
