DESCRIPTION
Hisil MS35 is a solution developed for construction decoration area; it is compatible with most construction materials, suitable for most application scenarios. And it is a solvent-free, strong adhesives mixed by several organic materials.
PRODUCT FEATURE
1. One-component, natural curing at room temperature, no bulge in the curing process;
2. Excellent adhesion properties, No irritating odor, ultra-low VOC, no corrosive, environmentally friendly;
3. Can be painted on the surface after cured. Can be operated on the humid environment;
4. Excellent bonding performance for various building materials. particularly suitable for bonding of mirror surfaces coated with copper, aluminum-plastic wall panel, etc.
5. Excellent vibration resistance, can replace PU sealant for most application scenarios.
TYPICAL APPLICATION
1. Excellent bonding performance for most construction materials, such as Metal-coated Glass, mirror surfaces coated with copper, gold, aluminum-plastic panel, metallic, concrete, PVC etc.
2. Indoor and outdoor glass decoration and door & window sealing.
3. Bonding of hooks, hardware or hangers in kitchens, bathrooms, and cloakrooms.
4. Can replace PU sealant for windshield repair at auto after-sale market.
FORMULA
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
Note: Conditioning, specimen is conditioned under (23±2) ºC, (50±5)% relative humidity if not specified.
CONSTRUCTION METHOD
1. Clean the surface of the materials to be bonded with solvents or other methods.
2. Cut the tip to the corresponding size according to the gap need filling and other requirements. Apply the sealant evenly by glue gun, ensuring that the sealant contact with the substrate and filled completely.
3. Adjust and repair before the sealant has fully cured.
1. Usually, a strong bond is achieved in 24 hours and continues to strengthen over 2-3 days. Cures in 7 days. Expect longer times for thicker applications, less porous surfaces and in cold weather.
2. Pre-test plastics to determine compatibility.
3. Adheres to wet/poor seasoned timber.
4. Bridges Gaps up to 9mm
TRANSPORT
Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between 0℃ and 28℃.
