DESCRIPTION

Hisil Acetic Silicone Sealant is a solution developed for construction decoration area, it is one of silicone sealants mixed by several organic materials.

PRODUCT FEATURE

1. Good extrudability and thixotropy at the construction temperature range of 4℃ to 40℃. Quick-curing.

1. Excellent bonding performance, especially suitable for glass.

1. Excellent water & weather resistance, resistant to heat aging, UV rays, ozone.

1. Good compatibility with many other construction materials.

1. Acetic acid will be released during curing process, but it is harmless to the body. There is no odor after cured completely.

1. It is transparent, and colors can be customized as client required.

TYPIC APPLICATION

1.      Caulking and sealing for glass doors and windows on bathroom, kitchen, display cases.

2.      Caulking and sealing glass hardware, and caulking on ceramic ware.

3.      Other applicable purposes after compatibility verification.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

CONSTRUCTION METHOD

1.      Clean the surface of the materials to be bonded with solvents or other methods.

2.      Cut the tip to the corresponding size according to the gap need filling and other requirements. Apply the sealant evenly by glue gun, ensuring that the sealant contact with the substrate and filled completely.

3.      Adjust and repair before the sealant has fully cured.

STORAGE

Stored in a dry place at 0~27°C, and keep them in a well-sealed state.
