DESCRIPTION
Hisil Full Purpose PU Sealant is one-component, high-modulus polyurethane sealant that cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity. It possesses excellent adhesion to sheet iron, aluminum, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and various plastic materials.

4. For vibration reduction in all type of sheet metal assembly works, sealing against water, air, gas and dust.

Notes: All data above were tested under standardized condition at 23±2℃ 、50±5%RH.
CONSTRUCTION METHOD
1.Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
2.In order to ensure the bonding effect and compatibility between the product and the substrate, tests should be conducted in advance on the actual substrate and environment.
3.Application environment temperature 5~35℃, humidity 50~70%RH. When the temperature below 5℃, recommended place products in the environment of 30~40℃ for 1H (No more than 3H).

5.Part of the available node’s modification can use scraper or rigid foam; detailing modification can use available soap and water level.
6.Activator and primer are not required.
TRANSPORT
Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.
STORAGE
Keep sealed into cool, dry place. Temperature: 5~25℃. Humidity: ≤50%RH.
Cartridge and Sausage 9 months, Barrel 6 months.
1. Keep away from children.
2. Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash
skin thoroughly with soap and water.
3. For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician.
