Multi-purpose Clear Neutral Silicone Structural Sealant

DESCRIPTION

Hisil Clear Neutral Silicone Sealant is a flexible multipurpose construction sealant. It is one of silicone sealants mixed by several organic materials, neutral curing, excellent resistance to weather, water, UV and high & low temperature. It is compatible with most construction materials and full purpose for bonding and sealing.

PRODUCT FEATURE

1. Good extrudability and thixotropy at the construction temperature range of 4℃ to 40℃.

1. non-corrosive to building materials such as metals and coated glass;

1. Displacement capacity up to 35 levels. Has good adaptability to thermal expansion, contraction and shear deformation.

1. Excellent weathering resistance, resistant to heat aging, UV rays, ozone, and water; Outstanding high and low temperature resistance;

1. it always keeps good elasticity and excellent adhesion after curing, some issues such as brittle, harden, crack etc. will not happen at the work range of -40℃ ~+150℃;

1. it works well between most building materials without primer;

CONSTRUCTION METHOD

1.Clean the surface of the materials to be bonded with solvents or other methods.

2.Cut the tip to the corresponding size according to the gap need filling and other requirements. Apply the sealant evenly by glue gun,ensuring that the sealant contact with the substrate and filled completely.

3.Adjust and repair before the sealant has fully cured. 

TRANSPORT

Keep away the sealed product from moisture, the sun, high temperature and avoid collisions.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

    12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between 0℃ and 28℃.
