HISILTECK
Reusable Heat Blocking Putty for Welding Protection of Pipelines, Chassis, Metal Gaskets, Rods and Wires

DESCRIPTION
HISILTECK Heat blocking putty reusable heat-resistant clay for welding is a heat-resistant clay made from ceramic base and various heat-resistant materials. It can withstand high temperatures up to 4000°C. It can prevent the heat transfer of molten solder and welding rod with the highest temperature up to 4000°C within the millimeter range, prevent the coating from being burned, and avoid time-consuming disassembly procedures.
APPLICATION
Pipelines, chassis, metal gaskets, welding rods and welding wires, such as the welding of heat-sensitive components such as aircraft machinery and electronic wiring boards.
Advantages:
1.Reusable ceramic heat protection clay, suitable for heat insulation of brazing and alloy welding.
2.There will be no heat damage on the surface of the workpiece, avoiding deformation, warping and twisting during thin plate welding.
3.It can prevent the heat transfer of brazing and silver brazing with temperatures as high as 4000°C within the millimeter range.
4.It also provides a high level of safety, for example when used near petroleum and fuel lines.
5.There is no need to disassemble and reassemble heat-sensitive parts. It will not burn heating cables and insulation, will not produce unnecessary decomposition, will not affect the coating layer, and will not damage the plating layer and plastic surface.

Usage Method:
Apply 6-8mm thick heat-resistant clay on the surface near the welding position. When used for pipes, rods and metal strips, leave enough heat insulation area on both sides of the welding position.
Precautions:
Avoid direct sunlight and store in a place below 50 degrees Celsius.
