Activator for PU Sealant
DESCRIPTION
Hisil Activator is a supporting product
for one-component polyurethane adhesive sealants. It is used for cleaning and
activating the surface of bonded substrates to enhance the adhesion of PU
sealants to the bonded surface.

TYPIC APPLICATION
Generally used with primer. Applicable
substrates include glass, fiberglass, steel, aluminum alloy (including after
painting), as well as windshield and side window glass assembly of various
vehicles or other glass bonding and installation.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The bonding surface should be clean, dry, free of grease and dust.
If there is loose rust on the surface, it should be removed with a metal brush
in advance; if necessary, the surface can also be wiped with organic solvents
such as acetone. Dip a clean cotton yarn or brush into JH-04 Activator and
apply it evenly on the construction surface. Allow it to stand for 10-15
minutes (related to the temperature and humidity of the construction
environment), and the next operation can be carried out after tack-free.
STORAGE
Store in a
cool, ventilated and dry environment, away from fire and heat sources.
